Chicken & Prawn/Chive Wanton Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Bok Choy
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 tbls soy sauce
- Added water if needed
- 1/2 punnet fresh baby corn cut in half or tinned
- 50 gms yum Cha frozen prawn Chive wontons
- 100 gms cooked chicken shredded breast
- 1/3 cup of fresh beanshoots
- Salt & Pepper
- Few sprigs fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a small pot add all stocks, with corn and simmer until half cooked, add Bok Choy, and wantons, simmer for 4 mins then add shredded chicken parsley and beanshoots. Simmer for a further 2 minutes and serve
