Ingredients
 

  • 1 x skinless salmon portion
  • 1/2 Tbls Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tbls Ayam sweet chilli light sauce
  • 1/2 Tbls soy sauce
  • 1/2 clove garlic grated optional
  • Salt & Pepper .

Instructions
 

  • Served with 1/2 Tip Top wholemeal toasted muffin (2)
  • 1/2 medium Avocado (5)
  • Wilted spinach
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • Cherry Tomatoes .
  • Bake salmon for 10 minutes at 180c
  • Sprinkle with 1 tsp mixed white & black sesame seeds, Spill them over the avocado + chilli flakes (also optional) salt & Pepper.
