Baked Sweet Chilli & Maple Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 x skinless salmon portion
- 1/2 Tbls Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tbls Ayam sweet chilli light sauce
- 1/2 Tbls soy sauce
- 1/2 clove garlic grated optional
- Salt & Pepper .
Instructions
- Served with 1/2 Tip Top wholemeal toasted muffin (2)
- 1/2 medium Avocado (5)
- Wilted spinach
- 1 hard boiled egg
- Cherry Tomatoes .
- Bake salmon for 10 minutes at 180c
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp mixed white & black sesame seeds, Spill them over the avocado + chilli flakes (also optional) salt & Pepper.
