
Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 4 mountain bread natural wraps
 - My slow cooker pulled chicken SEE NOTES for recipe
 - The cooking liquid from the pulled chicken
 - 30 gms Bega 50% less fat grated cheese
 
Instructions
- Spoon some of the cooking liquid at the bottom of a baking dish
 - Fill each wrap with a good amount of the pulled chicken and roll.
 - Place in the baking tray over the sauce, then top with a bit more sauce.
 - Sprinkle with 30gms Bega 50% reduces fat grated cheese, and chopped parsley
 - Bake at 180c for 20 minutes
