Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
 
  • 4 mountain bread natural wraps
  • My slow cooker pulled chicken SEE NOTES for recipe
  • The cooking liquid from the pulled chicken
  • 30 gms Bega 50% less fat grated cheese
Instructions
 
  • Spoon some of the cooking liquid at the bottom of a baking dish
  • Fill each wrap with a good amount of the pulled chicken and roll.
  • Place in the baking tray over the sauce, then top with a bit more sauce.
  • Sprinkle with 30gms Bega 50% reduces fat grated cheese, and chopped parsley
  • Bake at 180c for 20 minutes
