This may be an EASY recipe idea but sometimes I look at my fridge and say - WHAT NOW!!! 
Anyone else the same ? 

Simple Quick Delicious & Easy. Meals don’t need to take hours to make or be tasty, sometimes in less than 10 minutes if you’re super organised.

I was updating Anna's site and saw this - too easy - but oh so smart - tasty - and perfect points for dinner! Oh and See NOTES 🙂

  • 160 gms Chicken Grilled
  • 1 pkt Celebrate Health Chicken Teriyaki
  • 1 cup Cooked Basmati Rice
  • Baby corn Steamed
  • Pumpkin (I like to add a little cinnamon) Steamed
  • Snow Peas Steamed
  • Sprinkled with 1/2 tsp sesame seeds


  • Everyone knows how to grill chicken and steam vegetables - No Brainer actually but its the talent of putting it together and showcasing what Anna does
  • Her talent is amazing and her imagination seems to be limitless. So from the bottom of my heart and I am sure everyone else's - THANK YOU ANNA!


Next time you make a batch of rice, make extras, portion it out and store in zip lock bags, flat in the freezer.  Easy to pull out and reheat and much cheaper with no added oils than the shop bought ones you microwave ??
If you want to make the recipe for 4 Then you can. There were 4 breasts that I marinaded which makes the sauce 0 a serve
I often increase the size of Anna's recipes due to my "children and their partners" coming for dinner. It's really easy.
Take the recipe and double, triple or even quadruple it - but remember - when serving up the meal - you only eat YOUR portion size - not everyone else's 😀
