A make your own burger dinner platter. Arranging the burger patties & salad on a platter or board makes it an easy family style meal of putting it together yourself in the middle of the table
You can choose to have it in a bun or without. Salad was dressed with balsamic vinegar.
- 500 gms lean pork mince
- 1/2 red onion diced finely
- 2 Granny Smith apples grated
- 4 teaspoons of Masterfoods Tuscan Seasoning available at Coles or woolies
- 40 gms panko breadcrumbs
Mix ingredients together and form into 5 or 6 patties
(makes no difference in sp if you make 5 or 6)
3 weight watchers smart Points per burger pattie.
