
Gingerbread Waffle With Spiced Yoghurt
A special and simple waffle to make that packs a super punch in festive flavour and it’s healthy and ready to eat in 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 Tbls self raising flour
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/2 cup mashed tin pears in juice drained
 - 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 - 1 tsp Ground Ginger
 - 1/4 tsp Ground All Spice mix
 - Pinch of Salt
 
Spiced Yoghurt .
- 160 gms Plain Yopro Yoghurt
 - 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
 - 2 tsp Queens Sugar Free Maple Syrup
 
Instructions
- Mix together and cook in a waffle maker
