𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐘 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐒𝐘 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐇 𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐍 𝐁𝐀𝐊𝐄
The Sauce is AMAZING!I served with veggies & potato for extra points, but the chicken dish itself is only 4 points!Serves 2 - 4 points a serve
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast Fillets
- 30 g French onion packet soup
- 2/3 cup Chicken stock
- 30 ml light cream for cooking
- 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Grated Cheese
- 1-2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp each of Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c (fan forced)
- Add chicken to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- To a jug add French onion powder, chicken stock, cream, herbs, salt, pepper & whisk.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Top with cheese & cover with foil.
- Place in preheated 180c oven for 35-40 mins.
- Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with veg of choice and spoon over the delicious sauce.
