Ingredients
 

  • 300 ml Pimms
  • 1 Litre diet lemonade
  • 400 ml light cranberry juice
  • 1 large orange sliced
  • 2 apples sliced 1 green one red
  • 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 bunch fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Pour everything into a jug, add fruit & mint, stir & chill.

Serves 8 200ml glasses  OR  Serves 11 150ml glasses
