In today’s edition of the Sunday Times, there is a featured double-page spread about the closing of Weight Watchers Workshops.
 
I had the opportunity, along with others, to share my thoughts on this disappointing decision by the company.
While the article contains no negativity—because I truly believe in the Weight Watchers program and always will—I cannot overlook the CRUCIAL ROLE that MEETINGS and COACHES played in my journey.
 
The program itself is excellent, and it’s what helped me reach my goal weight. It’s a simple, effective system that never let me down. But the real difference was the community, the guidance, and the support I received from my workshops, members and coaches.
 
As I’ve previously mentioned before – I’ll always be a member first and I’ll still be here to help others as well as myself reach my wellness goals.
