Parfait - Summer Fruit
Every mouthful you eat is just pure joy.
Ingredients
- 140 gms chobaniau plain 0.5% fat yoghurt
- 35 gms kez’s gluten free Cocoa & Coconut cereal
- Raspberries
- Mango
- 1/2 tsp pepitas
Instructions
- Layer all the ingredients into a jar
- Optional : a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup
