Overnight Oats - Apple & Blueberry
These last in the fridge for up to 4 days so I make a few up at a time, you can flavour them as you like.

Ingredients Needed
  • 60 gms Chobani plain Greek yogurt
  • 30 gms rolled oats
  • 80 ml no added sugar apple juice
  • 8 gms raisins
  • Pinch of cinnamon
How To Create
  1. Mix together Apple juice, yoghurt, raisins and oats together

  2. Place into a jar or a bowl and cover

  3. Leave in the fridge overnight

  4. Add fresh diced Apple and blueberries before eating the next day.
