
Overnight Oats - Apple & Blueberry
These last in the fridge for up to 4 days so I make a few up at a time, you can flavour them as you like.
Ingredients
- 60 gms Chobani plain Greek yogurt
 - 30 gms rolled oats
 - 80 ml no added sugar apple juice
 - 8 gms raisins
 - Pinch of cinnamon
 
Instructions
- Mix together Apple juice, yoghurt, raisins and oats together
 - Place into a jar or a bowl and cover
 - Leave in the fridge overnight
 - Add fresh diced Apple and blueberries before eating the next day.
