
Parfait - Gluten Free
I love these, they are quick, versatile, simple and portable. Use any yoghurt, fruit and cereal, they are filling and fresh. This version is Gluten Free.
Ingredients
- 140 gms Chobani 0.5% fat plain yoghurt
 - 35 gms Kez’s Gluten Free Cacao & Coconut Cereal
 - 1/2 Punnet of Fresh Raspberries
 - 1 Small Fresh Mango Cubed
 - 2 Tsp Queens Sugar Free Maple Syrup
 
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients into a jar

This can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge
