Ingredients
 
  • 1 Tin Chickpeas drained
  • 1-2 tbls Cooked Mashed Pumpkin

wrap in alfoil, it gives a creamy nutty texture and flavour

  • 1 Zest Lemon
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbls Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
 
  • Mix together in mini food processor or blender. The longer it runs, the smoother it is.
