
Dip - Pumpkin Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 Tin Chickpeas drained
 - 1-2 tbls Cooked Mashed Pumpkin
 
wrap in alfoil, it gives a creamy nutty texture and flavour
- 1 Zest Lemon
 - 1-2 Cloves Garlic
 - 1 Tbls Lemon Juice
 - Salt & Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Mix together in mini food processor or blender. The longer it runs, the smoother it is.
