Ingredients
 

  • 500 gms lean pork mince
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gms panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 raw meduim size spanish onion can be cooked before adding to mix if you prefer
  • 2 Tbls fresh chopped basil or parsley or both
  • 1 x 3 second olive oil spray
  • 1 Tsp each of salt and pepper
  • extra 2-3 eggwhites if the mix is too dry

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Using a melon baller (or a similar utensil) scoop out levels to make 50 even meatballs, give or take a few, the smart points should not change, 
  • In a non stick large pan, spray with oil spray and cook meatballs in batches.
