Sticky BBQ Glazed Meatballs

Course Meatballs

For the Meatballs .

  • 500 gms Chicken Breast Mince
  • 1 Small onion finely diced
  • 3 Tbls Fresh flat leaf parsley chopped finely
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tsp Masterfoods all purpose seasoning

For the sticky BBQ glaze

  • 1 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbls Apple cider vinegar with honey health food section of supermarket
  • 2 Tbls Liquid chicken stock
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbls No added sugar BBQ sauce


for the meatballs

  • Mix together, and using a cookie scoop form into 25 meatballs. Sear in s non stick pan, but don’t cook the whole way through, just brown the meatballs.

for the glaze

  • in a small saucepan add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken stock, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Bring liquid to the boil and then add meatballs in the sauce, reduce further until a sticky thick glaze. .
