Prawn Stir Fry For One

Ingredients Needed
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 200 gms raw green peeled prawns
  • 1-2 tsp fresh ginger grated optional
  • Stir fry mix store bought tonight
  • Oil spray
  • 1/2 tsp Black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbls light sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp lite soy sauce.
  • salt & pepper chilli optional
How To Create
  1. Heat a non stick pan over high heat
  2. Spray with 3 second oil spray
  3. Add garlic & ginger stir fry mix (I used half a bag)
  4. Once veg is half cooked, add seasoned prawns( season with salt and pepper, chilli is optional) and cook until prawns turn a beautiful coral pink colour
  5. Add the chilli sauce & soy, stir through
  6. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
