ANZAC Bliss Balls

Ingredients
 
  • 100 gms rolled oats
  • 10 soft juicy fat medjool Dates
  • 2 tsp golden syrup
  • 1 Tbls queens sugar free maple
  • 30 gms desiccated coconut
Instructions
 
  • Everything goes into the food processor and blitz until a soft dough forms.
  • Using a cookie scoop, fill and roll into 20 even balls using gloves (it’s easier to roll the sticky dough) or wet your hands.
  • Store in the fridge.
