
ANZAC Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 100 gms rolled oats
 - 10 soft juicy fat medjool Dates
 - 2 tsp golden syrup
 - 1 Tbls queens sugar free maple
 - 30 gms desiccated coconut
 
Instructions
- Everything goes into the food processor and blitz until a soft dough forms.
 - Using a cookie scoop, fill and roll into 20 even balls using gloves (it’s easier to roll the sticky dough) or wet your hands.
 - Store in the fridge.
