Who doesn’t love Wedges!??? These are made using my Phillips Airfryer which keeps them low fat and low Smart Points.

Ingredients
 

  • 100 gms Charisma or Spud Lite Potato

Instructions
 

  • Cut potato into wedges,
  • Lightly spray with oil spray and season with whatever you like
  • Airfry at 200c -  time will depend on how much you’re cooking.
