All prepared for tomorrow’s breakfast. These oats are Filling, Delicious, Healthy & best of all EASY to make for a grab and go ready made breakfast.

Ingredients Needed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond breeze vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 apples grated
  • 2-3 medjool Dates chopped
  • 1 Tbls Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tub 160gms Yopro Plain yoghurt or any 99% fat free plain yoghurt.
How To Create
  1. Mix all ingredients together and halve for 2 very generous serves.
  2. Top with Extra fruit of choice.
