  • 100 gms Raw Almonds
  • 2 Tbls Cocoa
  • 10 Medjool Dates remove seed
  • 2 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Tbls Sugar Free Maple
  • 20 gms Desicated Coconut


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor EXCLUDING the coconut.
  • Blitz to form a dough (add 1 Tbls water if its dry).
  • Place coconut into a bowl. Roll mix into 15gm balls, place in coconut, shake off excess and repeat with remaining dough.
