Ingredients
 

  • 2 Light Rye bread toasted (50gm slices)
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • Caesar Salad leaves
  • 20 ml Paul Newman honey mustard salad dressing light
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese If you use a microplane to grate the cheese you get loads for 1tsp

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread and rub with garlic clove, double layer all ingredients onto “crouton toast” then drizzle with dressing (10ml each slice), grate finely Parmesan over the top.

Notes

Add Aldi Short Cut 97% fat free BACON for an extra 1 sp (2 slices)
