
Christmas Pudding Bliss Balls
Tastes like Christmas
Ingredients
- 12 medjool dates pips removed
 - 20 gms macro wholefoods almond meal
 - 45 gms Avalanche Sugar Free drinking chocolate
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp cloves
 - 1/4 tsp ginger
 - 1/4 tsp nutmeg
 - 2 tbls water to bind more if needed
 - 20 gms Nestle cooking choc melts
 - Approx 6 buttons melted
 - 7 gms nestle cooking choc melts Approx 2 buttons melted
 - Edible glitter & stars to decorate
 
Instructions
- In a food processor add all ingredients minus choc & glitter, and blend on low until mix forms a dough.
 - Roll into 15 even balls (I use a cookie scoop for this)
 
Topping
- Melt both white & milk choc, dollop a small amount of the milk chocolate on each ball, then drizzle the white over the top, sprinkle with edible glitter and stars and refrigerate in an airtight container.
