Ingredients
 

  • 12 medjool dates pips removed
  • 20 gms macro wholefoods almond meal
  • 45 gms Avalanche Sugar Free drinking chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbls water to bind more if needed
  • 20 gms Nestle cooking choc melts
  • Approx 6 buttons melted
  • 7 gms nestle cooking choc melts Approx 2 buttons melted
  • Edible glitter & stars to decorate

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor add all ingredients minus choc & glitter, and blend on low until mix forms a dough. 
  • Roll into 15 even balls (I use a cookie scoop for this)

Topping

  • Melt both white & milk choc, dollop a small amount of the milk chocolate on each ball, then drizzle the white over the top, sprinkle with edible glitter and stars and refrigerate in an airtight container.
