Ingredients Needed
  • 1 Cup Plain No Fat Yogurt
  • 1 Small Cucumber
Peeled, Deseeded, Grated - then drained of excess water (squeeze through cloth)
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbls Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbls Fresh Mint Chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
How To Create
  1. Mix all ingredients together
