Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cup 99% fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 1 Small Lebanese Cucumber peeled and deseeded

Peeled, Deseeded, Grated - then drained of excess water (squeeze through cloth)

  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbls Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbls Fresh Mint Chopped
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together
