BBQ Sticky Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients Needed
For the Meatballs .
  • 500 gms Chicken Breast Mince
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 3 Tbls fresh flat leaf parsley chopped finely
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tsp Masterfoods all purpose seasoning
For the sticky BBQ glaze
  • 1 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbls Apple cider vinegar with honey health food section of supermarket
  • 2 Tbls liquid chicken stock
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 sachets of WW BBQ sauce @ww_aunz available in WW studio workshops or WW online shop
How To Create
for the meatballs
  1. Mix together, and using a cookie scoop form into 25 meatballs. Sear in s non stick pan, but don’t cook the whole way through, just brown the meatballs.
for the glaze
  1. in a small saucepan add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken stock, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.

  2. Bring liquid to the boil and then add meatballs in the sauce, reduce further until a sticky thick glaze. .
