Ingredients Needed
- 3 Tbls self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mashed cooked apple I used tin apples
- Pinch of salt
How To Create

Whisk together and make pancakes using 2 Tbls batter for each pancake, flip when bubbles just start to appear on top.

Don’t overcook them, they only need a minute on each side ??
