Ice Cream Sunday's - Mini Taco Boat Banana
Ingredients
- 1 mini taco boat ole El Paso
- 7 gms Coles simply less plain dark Choc melted
- 6 roasted almonds chopped
- 30 gms peters no added sugar vanilla ice cream
- 1 small banana chopped
- 2 strawberries chopped
- 1 tbls diet Choc topping I use Hershey’s sugar free you can use Walden Farms as well, or any diet one
Instructions
- Pop taco shell in the oven to lightly brown and harden
- Melt chocolate and ‘paint’ the inside of the taco shell, making sure it goes right up to the edges
- While still wet, dip the edges into the chopped roasted almonds
- Fill your taco with banana & strawberries
- Top with ice cream (mines on the bottom and in the top)
- Drizzle the whole thing in topping and sprinkle the remaining almonds over the top.
