
Quiche Taco Boats
Easy Quick Make Ahead Lunches
Ingredients
- 3 Ole El Paso soft taco “boat” shells larger ones not mini
 - 3 eggs
 - 60 gms low fat mozzarella cheese
 - 80 gms Don’s low fat ham
 - 1 onion finely diced
 - Asparagus baby tips
 - Salt & Pepper
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - Dash of water
 
Instructions
- Mix well together and fill 3 soft taco shells.
 - But you can put whatever you feel like in your quiche mix
 - Bake in a 180c oven for 20-30mins or until just cooked.
