Ingredients
 

  • 3 Ole El Paso soft taco “boat” shells larger ones not mini
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 gms low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 80 gms Don’s low fat ham
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • Asparagus baby tips
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Dash of water

Instructions
 

  • Mix well together and fill 3 soft taco shells.
  • But you can put whatever you feel like in your quiche mix
  • Bake in a 180c oven for 20-30mins or until just cooked.
