Ingredients
 

  • sliced strawberries
  • diet strawberry jelly
  • 2 tbls of Paul’s vanilla low fat custard
  • 1 Woolworths select lamington finger in half
  • blueberries

Instructions
 

Bottom layer

  • Sliced strawberries
    Pour over diet strawberry jelly - 1/4 way up the glass
  • Set in fridge.

Once set

  • Pour 2 tbls of Paul’s vanilla low fat custard
  • Cut 1 Woolworths select lamington finger in half and submerge 1/2 into the custard
  • Fill with blueberries on top and then place the other half in the middle of the blueberries.

Notes

Mine are made as a mini dessert, but you can easily make them bigger
