  • 3/4 cup self raising flour
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup 250gms Nuttvia Spread


  • Mix ingredients together and spoon heaped teaspoons into mini muffin moulds.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes at 160c fan forced oven or until just cooked (skewer comes out clean)


Makes 16 Muffins
