
Sticky BBQ Glazed Meatballs
Ingredients
For the Meatballs .
- 500 gms Chicken Breast Mince
 - 1 Small onion finely diced
 - 3 Tbls Fresh flat leaf parsley chopped finely
 - Salt & Pepper
 - 3 tsp Masterfoods all purpose seasoning
 
For the sticky BBQ glaze
- 1 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
 - 1 Tbls Apple cider vinegar with honey health food section of supermarket
 - 2 Tbls Liquid chicken stock
 - Salt & Pepper
 - 2 1/2 Tbls No added sugar BBQ sauce
 
Instructions
for the meatballs
- Mix together, and using a cookie scoop form into 25 meatballs. Sear in s non stick pan, but don’t cook the whole way through, just brown the meatballs.
 
for the glaze
- in a small saucepan add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken stock, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.
 - Bring liquid to the boil and then add meatballs in the sauce, reduce further until a sticky thick glaze. .
