Anzac Mug Muffin
5 WWSP (Muffin only)
Ingredients
- 100 gms mashed cooked apple tin is fine
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Mix together the ingredients & microwave for 90 seconds (could take longer depending on your microwave) Muffin is cooked when it comes away from the edges of the mug.
Notes
I have serve with Anzac biscuit crumbled over the top and yoghurt.
I used less that 1/4 of a biscuit (but it’s totally optional)
