Chicken & Rice Patties
Super easy to make with some leftover rice and few ingredients added!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice brown or white
- 500 g chicken breast mince
- 3 spring onions finely diced
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger or fresh
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 1 tablespoon kecap manis thick sweet soy sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- To a medium sized bowl, add all ingredients and combine.
- Place a non stick fry pan over medium flame to heat.
- Use wet hands and an ice cream scoop to roll balls, place into the warm pan, and flatten, the mixture will be a little fragile at first.
- Once seared on one side, flip to cook through, or place in a 180c oven for 5 mins after searing both sides.
Notes
You can also use oyster sauce as a substitute for Kecap Manis.
