
Waffles - Potato

Ingredients Needed
- 200 gms grated Carisma or Spud Lite Low Carb Potato
- 1 egg
- 1 -2 egg whites
- 20 gms Bega 50% less fat country cheese
- 20 gms Don’s honey ham diced
- 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach leaves
- 1/4 Spanish Onion diced
How To Create

Grate potato & squeeze out excess water in a cloth

Add potato to a bowl and season with salt & pepper

Add all other ingredients & stir. (Add extra egg white if needed)

Preheat a waffle iron, once hot, spray with 3 second oil spray

Add batter to the waffle iron and cook for 5 mins on high.
