One question I get asked A LOT. How do I tackle the Week Ends, food wise!?

My answer is simply THIS …..

In my world, week ends are just 2 days that we don’t have to go to work, they are days off from the hustle & bustle of a busy work week, food wise, NOTHING changes. A Saturday is treated the same as a Wednesday. If I want to go out, I plan it into my Points, just like I would a Week day, if I want a treat, I have it, if I want a wine I have it, I track it and I enjoy it. The week end is like any other day. The Weight Watchers Program is designed to be able to freely use your smart points like a “week end” any day of the week, so technically nothing should change. Use your daily points and your weeklies as needed, the WW Program gives you that flexibility.

That’s how Success comes, being consistent and using the program Your Way.

I have successfully lost 76kg using the Weight Watchers Program, both in ProPoints (previous plan) and Smart Points.

People following the WW plan can expect to lose up to 1kg per week.
