Ingredients Needed
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 date chopped
  • 1/2 tsp all spice mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 8 - 9 raspberries
  • 8 – 9 nestle Choc chips 5gms
How To Create
  1. Mix together
  2. Microwave for 90 seconds (could take longer depending on your microwave)

Serve with 2 tbls Chobani yoghurt and Raspberries stuffed with Choc chips.
