Old Fashioned Tuna Patties

Ingredients Needed
  • 425 gms Tuna in Spring water Well Drained
  • 240 gms RAW Spud Lite or Carisma Potatoes Cooked and Mashed
  • 1 small Onion Finely diced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Lemon Zest Whole Lemon
  • 2 x 3 Second Oil Spray
How To Create
  1. Mix All the ingredients together

  2. Form into 8 patties

  3. Spray a non stick oven proof pan with Olive Oil

  4. Lightly brown on both sides and then place into an over at 180c for 8-10 mins to cook through
