Waffles - Potato

Ingredients Needed
  • 200 gms grated Carisma or Spud Lite Low Carb Potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 -2 egg whites
  • 20 gms Bega 50% less fat country cheese
  • 20 gms Don’s honey ham diced
  • 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach leaves
  • 1/4 Spanish Onion diced
How To Create
  1. Grate potato & squeeze out excess water in a cloth
  2. Add potato to a bowl and season with salt & pepper
  3. Add all other ingredients & stir. (Add extra egg white if needed)
  4. Preheat a waffle iron, once hot, spray with 3 second oil spray
  5. Add batter to the waffle iron and cook for 5 mins on high.
