- 200 gms raw butternut pumpkin grated liquid squeezed out
- 25 gms bega 50% fat reduced grated cheese
- 50 gms Don’s shaved honey ham diced
- 1/4 Spanish onion diced
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 x 3 second spray
Mix ingredients together
Heat waffle maker and spray with oil spray
Once hot, spoon batter in, cook for 5-8 mins, or until as brown as you like on high setting
This waffle does not go crunchy and crisp but cooks lovely, and it’s huge and yummy, take care when taking it out.
