Overnight Oats - Lamington

Ingredients Needed
Bottom layer
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries crushed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Mix together
Middle layer
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut chobani
  • 3 tablespoons coconut almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Mix together
Top layer
  • 1 tbls sugar free maple
  • 1 tsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • Mix together
How To Create
  1. Layer from bottom to top in a glass jar and top with fresh raspberries and 1 tsp coconut shredded.
  2. (You can use pure maple syrup just adjust the smart points)
