  • 1 x rye mountain bread
  • 30 gms Bega country light grated cheese
  • 20 gms leggos tomato pizza sauce
  • 50 gms dons shaved ham
  • Capsicum diced
  • Onion diced
  • Mushroom diced
  • Italian herbs sprinkled over the top
  • pepper & salt


  • Cook on a pizza stone in the oven on 200c for 10-12 mins (watch it) then scatter with fresh Basil leaves.
